Since we retrofit machines we cannot judge all electronic conditions and especially mechanical conditions until disassembled to a point where refurbishment begins. Therefore that is why we try to avoid firm quotes until any particular machine reaches this condition. Firm quotes otherwise require a substantial markup. We are in the business of trying to save our customers money. You would certainly take this markup policy on your own after experiencing loss on sight unseen conditions.
