Here's some photos of a Metallized Burnoff Capacitor Winding Machine Conversion. Capacitor Solutions did the rebuild from a Foil Winder to a Metallized Burnoff. Please pardon the "Custom" ugly brushed paint job applied in Mexico. The customer felt it had no bearing on the quality of the windings. If you have a E W Barton Company Capacitor Winder you will notice a substantial difference.

Well, some winding machines are just harder to deal with!

Sealer adjustment is a pain that we don't like to deal with. Through superior engineering, we have eliminated the necessity to adjust the position. A constant torque sealer is used. My customers do not experience the scrap from adjustments of other types.
